About the role
Jabil, a manufacturer of engineering, supply chain and manufacturing solutions, is looking for an IT technician in Tiszaujvaros. The role covers first-level user support and troubleshooting, keeping IT labs, communication rooms and meeting rooms in order, and taking part in IT projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first-level user support and troubleshooting
- Carry out tasks assigned by the technical manager
- Keep IT labs, communication rooms and meeting rooms in good condition and maintain inspection logs
- Inspect network racks on the production line and keep their inspection log
- Follow shift handover procedures
- Take part in IT projects
- Maintain up-to-date inventory of equipment in IT labs according to regulations
Required profile
- Intermediate education
- Basic computer hardware knowledge
- Basic English
- Advantageous: at least 1 year of experience in IT and English
Required skills
- User-level Microsoft Windows
- User-level Office
- Basic principles of networks and networking equipment
