Salesforce Core Developer

About the role

As a Salesforce Core Engineer you will be the primary hands‑on developer and technical expert for core Salesforce platform builds. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Business Analysts and client stakeholders to turn business requirements into robust Apex, Lightning Web Components and platform integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable custom code using Apex, LWC and Visualforce.
• Create declarative automations with flows, process builder and advanced formulas.
• Architect and implement secure REST/SOAP APIs, middleware connections (MuleSoft, Boomi) and event‑driven solutions.
• Manage complex data models, optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and handle bulk data migrations.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Salesforce DX, Git and deployment tools, ensuring ≥85% unit test coverage.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, focusing on Sales, Service or Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred) and Platform Developer II or App Builder certification (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage time across multiple client projects.

• Platform Events, Change Data Capture, SOQL/SOSL optimization
• Data migration and bulk data loading
