Bartender – Kollázs Restaurant

About the role

Kollázs Restaurant, part of the Four Seasons Budapest hotel, is looking for a guest-focused Bartender to join its Food & Beverage team. The role suits a hospitality professional who brings creativity, precision and high service standards to craft memorable guest experiences within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide selection of spirits and mixed drinks according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards.
• Confirm guest orders, including special requests, and verify completed orders against the original request using the point-of-sale system.
• Take orders from guests seated at the bar and describe each item with engaging, knowledgeable detail, including origin, taste and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, make suggestions and respond promptly to concerns or requests.
• Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to keep bar operations smooth.
• Assist with bar inventory, food service in the bar area and preparation of beverage garnishes as needed.

Required profile

• At least two years of bartending or related beverage service experience in a luxury environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits and mixed drink preparation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional demeanor, attention to detail and a commitment to guest service excellence.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
