Spa & Wellness Supervisor

About the role

The Spa Supervisor plays a key role in the daily operation of the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest, supporting the Spa leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism and operational excellence. The position is full-time, primarily AM and PM shifts including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Spa and Wellness facilities and supervise Spa Attendants, Therapists and Reception staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure Four Seasons service standards are consistently met and exceeded, and act as a role model for the brand's standards
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Support departmental revenue and guest satisfaction goals, and help with scheduling, staffing and operational planning
• Hold shift briefings, support onboarding, training and coaching, monitor performance and give regular feedback
• Maintain treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms and public spaces to the highest standards
• Monitor inventory of spa products, amenities, linens and supplies, and ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and Four Seasons policies
• Support promotions, retail initiatives and upselling, and keep accurate records and reports
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Spa, Wellness or Luxury Hospitality environment
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage
• Current work authorization in Hungary or an EU passport
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and varying shifts

Required skills

• Good understanding of Spa operations, treatments and wellness services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality/spa management systems
• Communication, coaching and problem-solving skills
